Juri DEKA

A seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, Juri Deka started her career as a Customer Service Assistant in Jet Airways and later she joined the Indigo Airline as a Manager, Airport Services.

Zarin Roshan

Total experience of 7 years as a cabin crew with Jet Airways and as a Guest Relation Executive with ITC Maratha. An alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. And have been mentoring students from different backgrounds. Has a vast knowledge of the service industry, opera, in-flight, customer service etc.

HIMANSHU DEKA

Presently working as the Assistant Manager Security in IndiGo, Himanshu Deka has exceptional knowledge of non-intrusive inspection, physical search and of current security threats and patterns.

MANIMA BARUAH

Worked for Kingfisher Airlines Ltd. as the Regional Manager of North-East India, Manima Baruah has extensive knowledge in SABRE (Reservation and Check-in) and Airport Handling procedures.

SAPNA KALITA

Having over 8 years of experience in aviation, Sapna Kalita has extensive knowledge in basic first aid, dangerous goods, security training and effective service language course for service recovery.

Ananya Majumder

Trainer – Communication Skills. Associated with this field for many years. Formerly, she worked as a Personality Development Trainer in a Talent Search Institute and is an expertise.

Jesmin Zaman

Head – HR & Admin

Taking the lead in the Human Resource Department, she is an alumna of GIMT, Guwahati, with an experience of 4 years as an HR in the field of Aviation. She is proactive, exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills, delivering a strong commitment towards the progress of the Institution.

Ricky Alam

Marketing Head

Graduating in the field of Mass Communication, he has acquired more than 4 years of experience in the area of sales and marketing. Positioning himself as the Marketing Head, he displays versatility, strong networking skills with extreme efficiency, providing the best of services towards the Academy.

POOJA BHATT

Branch Head - Shillong

Pooja did her BA in Business Administration from University of Wales, UK and MSc in International Human Resources from Kingston University London. At present she is heading the Shillong Branch of Bird Aviation Academy. She takes care of career counselling and marketing in Shillong.
