Our Programs

All airlines have their own training programs, but the completion of one of the programs by Bird Aviation Academy gives an applicant a significant edge in the interview process. Bird Aviation Academy is one of the few institutes which provides On Job Training (OJT) during the training. Our curriculum provides the necessary soft-skills training to give you a competitive edge to be successful in the airline industry

Our Instructors

The Bird Aviation Academy Instructors have been carefully selected from different sectors of both aviation and hospitality industries. Our trainers have extensive industry experience to help the students with the most comprehensive training available. There is no greater than a 12:1 student teacher ratio.

Placement

Our placement team includes former flight attendants, former airline recruiters and former C-level executives from the hospitality industry. Each graduating class is afforded the opportunity to interview with various carriers upon graduation under the guidance of our staff.

Bird Aviation Academy was founded in 2015 by Mr Gagan Kabra, a professional with the experience of more than 10 years in aviation and hospitality industry. His vision was to offer prospective students the technical know-how to become effective flight attendants and allow potential cabin crew a chance to experience a virtual airline ground school to enhance their chance of success.
